An order can only be cancelled by the daEzMart administrators. Cancelation can only be made under the following circumstances:
• Cancellation made on the same day of order
• There is no stock for the ordered item
• Discontinued product line
• Any other reasons that the website administrators deem reasonable
Cancellation request can be made by emailing the Order ID and Invoice No to care@daezmart.com by requesting the cancellation.
Please note that for cancellation request, daEzMart has the right to reject your request if the order has been processed. Once daEzMart rejects your cancellation request, the order will proceed normally.
