Delivery Policy

All products are subjected to availability. If ordered product is not available after the payment has been done, customers will receive notification and an option to request for refund. Refund will be made using the original method of payment. For more details please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Product shall be received after 2 – 5 working days after the payment has been made. Please note that products might be sent separately.

Cutomers can get a free delivery as long as MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) / MOV (Minimum Order Value) has been reached. Additional fees may apply if MOQ / MOV has not been reached.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in its order.

daEzMart has the right at any time to sub-contract all or any of its obligations for the sale / delivery of the Goods to any other party as it may from time to time decide without giving notice of the same to the Buyer.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and delays may occur. The time for delivery / performance shall not be of the essence, and daEzMart shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance howsoever caused.
